It’s a Seller’s Market Out There When it Comes To HomeBuying

The housing market has never benefitted the seller as much as it has currently, as buyers are finding themselves with a lot more competition and very few options.

It’s like a first-come-first-served situation where if you don’t grab anything now you will end up with nothing.

Home sales move with lightning speed in expensive markets like New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, but also in smaller markets like Akron, Ohio, Worcester, Massachusetts, and Lexington, Kentucky.

Inventory isn’t keeping up with population growth and demand, and so there’s a sense or urgency to beat interest rates before they go up and up.
