Spacious, under $3,000 and a garden, whaat?
I’m sure most of these rentals will be snatched up shortly after this article is published, but just for fun, let’s take a look at some spacious gold finds that are cheap in San Francisco’s standards, that is.
This studio advertised in craigslist for $2,600 looks more like a townhouse that can go for twice as much per month, easy. Bonus is it’s location in most would describe as a nice neighborhood of Cole Valley. It’s amazing all of the space and storage.
Take a look at another in the 6th floor of Hamilton building in the Tenderloin. Yes, it’s not exactly prime location but it’s in the heart of the city and close to Financial district and Union Square.
Not into cozying up with the vagrants? Here is a beautiful cabin-like, 2-story, one bedroom, one bath with garden in the Inner Richmond. Charming! And for $2,600 per month. Let’s face it, anything under $3,000 per month in San Francisco is a steal!
